Located just north of Indianapolis in thriving Hamilton County, the community of Creekside at Cedar Path is located on SR 238 (Greenfield Avenue), west of I-69, between Boden Road and Summer Road. 

Creekside at Cedar Path is a single home community consisting of 296 lots and has convenient access to local amenities such as: Ruoff Music Center, Hamilton Town Center Mall, IMAX theater, restaurants, banks, hospitals, historical downtown Noblesville, major roadways (SR238, SR37, SR32, I-69, 146th Street), and local attractions (Morse Reservoir, Geist Reservoir, Hoosier Park, Conner Prairie Living History Museum, Castleton Square Mall, Clay Terrace, The Palladium Center for the Performing Arts).

The Creekside at Cedar Path Homeowner's Association (HOA) is controlled by a Board of Directors whose members are elected at official HOA meetings. During the Annual Meeting, the following homeowners were elected to volunteer and serve staggered terms.
